November 25, 2017. A special master-class successfully took place in the city of Vasylkiv, Kiev region. The event was specially designed for the parents of children with special needs and was called “How to be in Harmony with Self and the World or where to Get Life Energy from”.
The master-class was conducted by Irina Svezhevskaya — experienced children and teenager psychologist, correctional teacher.
The participants got acquainted with various techniques of self-regulation, resource condition maintenance, working with depression, and also received information on principles and components of healthy food.
It was unanimously agreed that new knowledge could be used on every day basis and in various situations.
The parents asked a lot of questions and actively participated in experience exchange. From now they are able to take more care of their psychic and physical health for the benefit of their families.
The event was organized by public organization DCP Help in cooperation with Vasylkiv City Council Social Rehabilitation Center “Health”. Due to the organizers and speaker the participation in master-class was for free.
We hope this event will become a beginning of series of interesting meetings which would be important and useful not only for healthy life, but make the families with special children able to become happy.
